As you know, we recently had some wardrobes fitted by Olton Bedrooms and just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with them. All too often these days, you hear people saying how they have been let down by people who either don’t turn up on time or the workmanship is poor etc. In the case of Olton Bedrooms, I could not fault the company in any way. The courtesy of the whole team was so refreshing and the workmanship etc was faultless. The whole experience – having anything done to your house is usually an upheaval – was made so much less painful by the thoughtfulness of the whole team. Once again, thank you and we would not have any hesitation in recommending you to anyone.
Just to let you know that my wife and I are absolutely delighted with the bedroom fitted this week by Ashly and Mark. They were a pleasure to have in our apartment and were so helpful if we had any query about any aspect of the job. We would have no hesitation in recommending your Company in the future.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the brilliant service we received, from viewing to completion. We came to visit your showroom and were invited to look round; we were able to do this without any heavy sales pressure, although you were on hand if we had any questions. I wanted to let you know that I am absolutely delighted with the bedroom, it looks better than I imagined it would. The lads that came were very good, Stuart came out to see if everything was OK. Following the installation of our new bedroom on the 1st September, another of your employees came round earlier this week to make sure some adjustments to drawers and wardrobe rails. Once again we are delighted with the results and we would have no hesitation in recommending your firm in the future. Everyone we have met has been so courteous and helpful, nothing Is too much trouble.
I am writing to tell you how delighted my wife and I are with our fitted bedrooms. We would also like to say that Stefan Sebestjanowicz and Phill Nichollson were courteous, considerate and extremely professional, doing all they could to minimise any inconvenience and leaving the rooms clean and tidy each night. Now that my new study is finished and carpeted I though that I would write to let you know how delighted I am with the overall result. Now that the inner hall cupboards and the new fitted bedroom are finished we can fully appreciate the quality of construction and the materials used. You can tell from these initial remarks that we are more than pleased with both installations which were completed with care by your fitting staff who are a credit to your company.
We soon realised, from your initial survey visit to conclusion, that nothing was too much trouble; our persistent ‘demands’ for advice when we met at your office were always treated with the utmost courtesy and patience.
Potential customers, understandably, might be a little concerned about how their job will turn out. We had the same nervousness. However the help and understanding offered helped dispel any worries and the final product is a tribute to all at Olton Bedrooms.
We are therefore very happy to recommend the company and if new clients wish to inspect the work done for us we are willing to offer that opportunity.
I am writing to say how very pleased we are with the design you did for a bedroom especially the corner wardrobe, we did not realise how much space there was available until you came on the scene.

We wanted to say a really big thank you for the fantastic wardrobes you supplied and fitted for us.
We didn’t have a clue what we wanted but Stuart you came around and designed the most beautiful bedrooms for us. It completely took the pressure off and you came up with designs that we hadn’t even considered. It was all done with the minimum of fuss, by that I mean we are busy people and you only stayed long enough to suggest what you thought would be a good idea. You left us to consider, and you didn’t keep phoning to see if you had the job. Not only are the wardrobes of extremely high quality but your prices were very competitive also.
On a couple of occasions I spoke to your wife Sue, as I changed my mind about a couple of things, and she was more than polite and helpful. As you know we have had a lot of work done to our house recently, loft extension, new bathroom etc, but I have to say without question that your firm was by far the most courteous and value for money that we have dealt with. Even on the day that the wardrobes were fitted it all went with the minimum of fuss. As informed they arrived at 8 am prompt with a smile on their face.
