The purpose of the Olton Bedrooms news page is to keep everyone up to date on a regular basis with both the company's progress and give the latest information on products available both now and in the future.
As we enter the final quarter of 2011, I would like to take the opportunity to thank all the staff within our company for their tremendous efforts during this past year.
Due to dedication, effort, hard work and our combined experience, we, as a company, have yet again surpassed all expectations and our year-end in June has again shown growth.
For the 16th year in succession we have moved forward, an achievement that not many companies can boast, especially taking into account the country's economic plight over the past 3 years.
As a company, we made the decision to absorb many of the raw material increases, which of course reduced our margin of profit; however, our customers have been able to obtain a quality product and service second to none at affordable prices. This, to us, is more important as it has encouraged our customers to invest in our company for the future.
To ensure that prices remain at a sensible level, our management of re-cycling continues to gain momentum and all waste, both at manufacture and site, is managed with environmental concerns in mind.
We will always remove old furniture systems at no cost to you and without the inconvenience of a site skip. Our clean Air Wood Burner is environmentally friendly.
We will continue to be active in environmental savings which is not only the correct way forward but will also ensure that our company stays affordable to our customers.
Sales gimmicks employed by some of the large national companies, such as large percentage discounts of 40%, 50% and more, have been discerned as foolhardy marketing stunts by the more intelligent consumer and in my opinion, marketing and sales directors around the country should be aware that the public are not the fools they are taking them for.
Customers nowadays thankfully recognise that personal service and after care sales service count for everything and at Olton Bedrooms that is our genuine priority. Our team concentrate on these areas which, in my opinion, have been instrumental in setting us above most for genuine trading and honesty.
We thank everyone who has supported us throughout 2011. It was very refreshing earlier this year to see past customers popping in at our Open Day for a chat and a bite to eat. We are to schedule another event, hopefully prior to Christmas.
A comprehensive refurbishment and extension to our bedroom showroom will be commencing over the coming months, showing new products, ideas and displays, which will take us to another level. Our customers' continued ideas, thoughts and expectation are at the forefront of our plans and will be incorporated into our refurbishment programme.
So thanks again to everyone who helps make Olton Bedrooms the true family, reliable, honest business that it is and we look forward to continued success in the future.
