Q. What is the process?
A. For Bedrooms & Home Offices we visit your home to provide you with a free survey and design along with a no obligation quote. For Kitchens we visit your home to take measurements and put some ideas together. We then go back to the showroom to put together a CAD drawing for you to come in and look at within 2-3 days.
Q. How long are you in our home?
A. We are approximately 30-45 minutes or longer if you require.
Q. Do we have to make a decision on the night
A. No. We believe that people need time to discuss and think about any potential order and we will never practice high pressure sales.
Q. Can you install units into awkward spaces?
A. Yes. All our units for Bedrooms & Home Offices are manufactured to totally bespoke sizes and shapes. Our Kitchen units come in standard sizes but we will always fill those awkward spaces for you.
Q. Do your wardrobes have backs?
A. Yes, we manufacture a full carcass.
Q. Are your doors different prices for different styles and colours?
A. For our Bedrooms and Home Offices all our styles and colours are the same price. The only doors that differ are glazed doors and high gloss doors which carry an additional cost. For our Kitchens the doors range between 8 price groups.
Q. Who fits the Bedrooms, Home Offices and Kitchens?
A. For our Bedrooms and Home Offices we use our own employed installation team. For our Kitchens we will make sure all installations are project managed by our own installation manager from start to finish to ensure you receive the highest standard.
Q. Can I come and see your displays?
A. We advise all our customers to visit our showrooms to see our full and comprehensive range of door styles and colours.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. For Bedrooms and Home Offices we take an agreed deposit at the time of order and the balance is payable in full upon completion. For Kitchens we take a 3rd for a deposit at the time of order, a 3rd upon the delivery of appliances and units and a 3rd upon completion.
Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. We take Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB and at our Solihull branch American Express.
Q. What is the average cost of a fitted Bedroom, Home Office and Kitchen??
A. It is impossible to give an average cost because requirements and specifications vary enormously. We will be more than happy to visit you and quote against your individual requirements.
Q. What range of appliances do we do?
A. Our primary supplier is CDA but we can also buy from Bosch, Neff, Whirlpool etc.
