Q - What is the process ?

A - We visit your home to provide YOU with a FREE Survey and Design and a no-obligation quotation. YOU can make your choice of Doors, Internal Options and Handles from brochures and colour swatches. However we strongly recommend that you visit our showroom to finalise the order.

Q - How long between ordering and installation ?

A - An installation date is quoted at ordering stage - we guarantee that we will meet the quoted installation date

Q - Can I come and see your bedrooms at your showroom ?

A - We advise all customers to visit our showroom to finalise the order. Although we can show you examples of Doors and Handles and Colours when we do the FREE Site Visit and Design it is always better to see for yourself. We carry a complete range of doors, handles, etc at our showroom.

Q - What are your payments terms ?

A - We take an agreed deposit at the time of the order, the balance is payable in full upon installation. If you are paying by Credit Card - payment of the final balance is taken 24 hours before installation to facilitate Credit Card authorisation

Q - Which Credit Cards do you accept ?

A - We take Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB, and now American Express.

Q - Are your installers qualified ?

A - Olton Bedrooms is a Member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen

Q - Do you use sub-contractors or your own staff ?

A - Olton Bedrooms employ our own experienced fitters

Q - Will we be dealing with different people at each stage of the process ?

A - Stuart Hubert the founder of Olton Bedrooms is available throughout. Olton Bedrooms is a family run company and totally accountable. All members of Our team are there to advise. We grow our business based on reputation and referrals from our customers.

THE PRODUCT

Q - Do the wardrobes go from floor to ceiling ?

A - Yes, our wardrobes go to within 4 inches of ceiling height which allows us to stand them up and the gap left is closed off with a facia panel.

Q - Can chimney breasts be incorporated into the design ?

A - Yes , we can design reduced depth wardrobes or feature centre units which will cover the area and become useful storage.

Q - Will I need to change my curtain poles ?

A - No. We design all our systems to take curtain poles and rails into account.

Q - Can we add Chest of Drawers and Dressing tables at a later stage ?

A - Yes, We advise that customers concentrate on the main storage area and add additional units afterwards if required. This can save you money.

Q - Is this job too small for Olton Bedrooms ?

A - We are able to design and manufacture our fitments to any size so no room is too small.

Q - We have a dormer-style house, or a loft conversions or we have sloping ceilings - will these present you with a problem ?

A - No - we can and have on many occasions, shaped our units to suit the steepest of slopes.

Q - Is there anything you can do to maximise the space in the corners of our bedroom ?

A - Yes - we now have designed a new corner wardrobe with maximum storage. This is now on view at our Olton Showroom.

Q - If I want to change the Internal layout of my Wardrobes at any time in the future is that possible ?

A - Yes flexibility is always given. Eg. an all shelved wardrobe comes with hanging rail so that shelves can be removed and rail put in place to give you the hanging facility.

INSTALLATION

Q - How long does installation take ?

A - Generally a bedroom takes one day to install with a prompt 8am start.

Q - Do I have to clear the room for installation ?

A - Yes - please clear the room as much as possible - however if furniture is too heavy to move our installers will assist.

Q - Will you leave our house tidy ?

A - Not only will we leave your house tidy - all wardrobes are cleaned and ready for use, but we also take away old wardrobes, etc FREE of Charge
